We call home for the first time.
and after some clouds at first it’s acutally another beautiful morning…
…for breakfast.
Unfortunatley we have to pack …
We leave slightly before noon and it looks like we will have a nice day of paddling before us.
We arrive at the gravel bank from which it is possible to reach Takahula Lake in the beginning of the afternoon.
As the weather is really nice now and it’s really hot we decide to camp here.
With a nice view once again.
It get’s even hotter in the course of the afternoon. We even decide to wash our clothes and ourselves – Marie and I go for a short swim in the river.
Around 5 pm we start out expedition to Takahula Lake. It’s a nice lake but one advice: DONOT go without protection against mosquitos and other insects….
Still hot when we get back: time for beer and washing clothes once again.
Our neighbours do seem to like the weather!
Steak for dinner of course.
